Unlock für iOS 4.1 & iOS 4.2 kommt

Heute wurde derUnlock für für das iPhone 3GS & 3G auf iOS 4.1 mit dem Baseband 5.14.02 von einem Mitglied des DEV-TEAM bestätigt:

* we have an unlock for that, but gotta wait til next cat&mouse from Apple (official 4.2)

* yes, despite all the recent (and ridiculous) twitter drama, there is a very nice unlock coming soon. If I don’t get killed.

Das heißt übersetzt dass wir uns noch bis zum offiziellen Release der iOS 4.2 warten müssen bis der Unlock mit ultrasn0w live geht.

So ist gewährleistet, dass Apple die Lücke in der neuen Firmware iOS 4.2 schließt.

Ob der Unlock auch mit dem iPhone 4 auf iOS 4.1 und iOS 4.2 mit dem Baseband 2.10.04 funktioniert ist weiterhin unklar.
